Simon Sinek became one of my favorite authors when I first picked up his book: Start with Why.
I started reading another one of his book--Leaders Eat Last--back in February and just like the first one, I was hooked.
In the Leaders Eat Last book, the author starts you off with the four happiness chemicals: Endorphin, Dopamine, Serotonin, and Oxytocin.
Instead of rehashing what these chemicals do here, I found this article that talks about what these chemicals do to your mood.
Simon is a true master in story-telling.

I highly encourage you to get a copy of the Leaders Eat Last book. It will help you learn more about why you behave a certain way at times.
